He disclosed that Oko was brought by Frank Simunji, a football agent and that his father in Ghana has been notified, adding that formalities are being made at their embassy on how the funeral will proceed.

Legit.ng earlier reported that former Sunderland striker Asamoah Gyan has laughed off reports that he has just £600 in his account barely 48 hours after reports emerged that he is broke.

Two of the world's biggest circulating newspaper, The Sun and Mirror in England had reported that Gyan has gone bankrupt, despite once appearing in the list of world's highest-paid footballers.

However, the 33-year-old striker has responded sarcastically in a series of tweets calling out the media (The Sun and Mirror in particular) for claiming he is broke.
