Sir Alex Ferguson appeared enraged from his sitting position during Manchester United 3-1 bashing by Liverpool in Sunday’s top-of-the-table Premier League clash at Anfield on Sunday.

According to a UK Sun report citing Sky Sport, the 76-year-old ex-United manager sitting next to former club chief executive David Gill was caught on camera looking dejected, with the Red Devils trailing their host by two goals during final moments of the game.

A result that did change at the blast of the final whistle that left Manchester United 19 points adrift of league leaders Liverpool.

Interestingly, during his days at the helms of affairs at United, Ferguson relegated Liverpool to the background and was applauded by Red Devils fans that saw win 13 Premier League titles in his 25-year reign at Old Trafford.

And after the game many United fans on social media platform insists the Jose Mourinho tutored-side did a more harm to Sir Alex who was at the stands to drum support foe them.

The 76-year-old's medical team were concerned about his health after he was spotted watching three consecutive games.

The former Red Devils boss accepted the ban and decided not to watch his former team's emphatic victory over the Cottagers.

Ferguson was seen in United's 2-2 draw with Southampton at St Mary's and was also available in their slim 1-0 win against Young Boys in the Champions League.

NLNG Signs Letter Of Intent On Delayed Gas Expansion Project

The Nigerian Natural Liquefied Gas LTD has signed a letter of intent for the engineering, procurement and construction of its long held up Train Seven project. In a statement released by the company on Wednesday, it said that the $10bn project will be executed by a consortium of Italian firm Saipem, Japan’s Chiyoda and South Korea’s Daewoo. The statement reads, “The project will form part of the investment of over $10bn including the upstream scope of the LNG value chain, thereby boosting the much needed Foreign Direct Investment profile of Nigeria.” Managing Director of NLNG, Tony Atta, said in 2018 that the Final Investment Decision would be made in the fourth quarter of that year. This did not however, materialize. According to the release, the project will have a four to five-year execution time after the signing of the FID.
