Manchester City's 15 Premier League unbeaten games came to an end this season on Saturday, December 8, when they were beaten by rivals Chelsea 2-0 at Stamford Bridge.

Belgium international Eden Hazard was in the best form of his life against Manchester City as he provided the two assists that gave Chelsea their two goals.

Chelsea scored their first goal of the match in the 45th minute when Eden Hazard provided a superb assist for Frenchman N'Golo Kante to score.

Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson tried all he could to stop Kante from scoring, but he was unable to stop the ball as Chelsea took a 1-0 lead the dressing room for the half time break.

Manchester City came out in the second half with more attacking pattern, but Chelsea defenders were cautious and protected their goalie from danger.

Eden Hazard provided another awesome assist in the 78th minute and Brazilian star David Luiz wasted no time to score the second goal with his head as Chelsea won the match 2-0.
