Tottenham forward Dele Alli was on Wednesday night, December 19, hit with a plastic object thrown by aggrieved Arsenal fan who is believed to be livid with the goal the Englishman scored against the Gunners.
Arsenal have crashed out in the 2018/19 Carabao Cup after losing at home against Premier League rivals Tottenham, and it was Dele Alli who scored the winning goal for the visitors.
But the player received a bad reception from yet unknown Arsenal fan who threw a bottle from the stands and hit Alli's head, but the Englishman handled the situation professionally.
Dele Alli held up two fingers on one hand and made an O with his other to gloat over the visitors' lead in the second half of the Carabao Cup quarter-final clash.

"It makes the goal and the win a little bit sweeter." Dele Alli reacted about the incident.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino called for Arsenal to punish the "stupid" fan who threw the bottle.
He said: "Luckily it wasn’t a big problem tonight but it could have been a big issue and I hope Arsenal can take some responsibility and identify who threw the bottle.
“For me, we hate each in a good way but that was in a bad way when you want to damage an opponent.
“But it is was only one stupid person who made a mistake and I think Arsenal will use the cameras to identify the person.” he explained according to UK Sun.
