Nigerian triplets share emotional story surrounding their birth as they clock a new age

Multiple births in this part of the world is nothing strange. However, such births still bring about a feeling of wonder and joy.

Pretty Nigerian triplets, Tomisin, Toni and Tomiwa, recently shared the interesting story surrounding their birth on social media as they clocked a new age.

In a post shared by Tomiwa on Instagram, she explained that their mother had gone for a scan when she was pregnant and was told she was expecting just a child.

However, the size of her belly became a cause for concern and she visited the hospital several times just to have her belly scanned and she was always told the same thing. That she was pregnant with just a child.

Interestingly, after their mother was five months pregnant, another scan was conducted and the woman was told that she is actually pregnant with twins instead of one baby.

The news was met with relief that at least her children were fine and she started shopping for two pairs of identical clothing.

The expectant mother finally became due after eight month and three days and she delivered her children through caesarean section. Two children were delivered without any problem and the doctor was about to close the stitches when movement was noticed. After checking for the cause, it was discovered that there was another child in the womb.

Read excerpts from Tomiwa's post below:

"After some hours they finally got the twins out(Tomisin and Tomiwa)but according to my mum when the doctor was about closing up they noticed a movement and they were concerned, thinking something went wrong they had to undo the stitches, and then it turned out that they found another baby(Toni)What would you do if you found out you were originally meant to give birth to twins but then it turned out you gave birth to triplets?lmao
When my mum regained consciousness, the doctor told the nurses to bring in the triplets,my mum thought she heard wrong so she asked “what triplets ?”then they explained the whole thing to her and she was filled with joy and was having mixed emotions.Who wouldn’t?
So there wasn’t any clothe for Toni(the last child)they quickly had to get a substitute till they went to buy her stuff, ours actually because we had to wear the same thing.
But tbh I wouldn’t know how I would’ve survived without you guys."

Galadima, an ardent critic of President Muhammadu Buhari, claimed that he did not borrow money or have unpaid debt with Unity Bank, which lodged a complaint against him and occasioned AMCON’s move on Tuesday. The properties taken over include House No. 15, Addis Ababa Crescent, Wuse Zone 4, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and House No. 4, Bangui Street, Wuse 2, also in Abuja.  Reacting to the situation, Galadima said, “This is an attempt to disgrace and break me down. This is injustice and an attempt to humiliate me. "But I am unbreakable and they can never silence me. They sacked me and over 50 people that sleep in the apartment. "We don’t know where to go.
