Trouble for Man United as superstar set to miss PSG UCL clash and it is not Paul Pogba

Manchester United star, Anthony Martial, has been ruled out of his side's Champions League second leg encounter against Paris Saint-Germain in the round of 16.

The attacker suffered terrible injury during the Red Devils disappointing 2-0 defeat at Old Trafford in February.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men are now ready to replicate their form in the Premier League as they hope to overturn the two goals deficit this week.

However, the French star has failed to make the anticipated progress, with interim boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, acknowledging he is unlikely to feature in the Wednesday clash.

"Martial? No, I don’t think we can risk it. He has not been training yet, so I don’t think so," UK Metro quoted Solskjaer.

The absence of Martial in the match is a huge blow to Solskjaer, who is already without Alexis Sanchez who is also out due to knee injury in the Red Devils' 3-2 hard-fought victory over Southampton at the weekend.

The Old Trafford outfit will further be without five other key players including Ander Herrera, Nemanja Matic, Juan Mata and Jesse Lingard.

While Paul Pogba will also miss the match having been suspended in the first leg for rough tackle on PSG star.

Legit.ng earlier reported that Manchester United might be without Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial for the second leg of their Champions League meeting against PSG.

The duo picked up terrible injuries during the first leg at Old Trafford and will be out of action for the next three weeks.

Anthony Martial lasted just the first half against Paris Saint-Germain being going off injured in the tough Champions League duel.

NLNG Signs Letter Of Intent On Delayed Gas Expansion Project

The Nigerian Natural Liquefied Gas LTD has signed a letter of intent for the engineering, procurement and construction of its long held up Train Seven project. In a statement released by the company on Wednesday, it said that the $10bn project will be executed by a consortium of Italian firm Saipem, Japan’s Chiyoda and South Korea’s Daewoo. The statement reads, “The project will form part of the investment of over $10bn including the upstream scope of the LNG value chain, thereby boosting the much needed Foreign Direct Investment profile of Nigeria.” Managing Director of NLNG, Tony Atta, said in 2018 that the Final Investment Decision would be made in the fourth quarter of that year. This did not however, materialize. According to the release, the project will have a four to five-year execution time after the signing of the FID.
