Man celebrates 15-year-old girl who got 305 in JAMB and had 9 distinctions in WAEC (photo)

- A Nigerian teenager has made Nigerians proud after she scored 305 in her JAMB

- The 15-year-old girl had also reportedly gotten all As in her WAEC

- Ikeoluwa Abioye was celebrated by a Nigerian man who shared her story on Twitter

It is no longer a surprise that some Nigerian students excel exceptionally well in their studies at home and abroad.

A Nigerian man has taken to social media to celebrate a teenager who did exceptionally well in her West African Examination Council and also got a very good mark for her Joint Admissions Matriculation Board exam.

The man @tweetoracle, who shared the 15-year-old girl's story on Twitter, stated that she is a genius in making.

According to @tweetoracle, the young girl identified as Ikeoluwa Abioye had been able to get all distinctions in her West African Examination Council, including her mathematics and English exam.

The Twitter user also noted that Abioye had also scored 305 over 400 in her her Joint Admissions Matriculation Board exam.

He wrote: "Let's celebrate 15 yr old Ikeoluwa Abioye, a genius in the making."

However, some Nigerians were quick to reply, stating that her scores would not change anything if she stays in Nigeria. They also shared similar stories of students with good grades who were unable to gain admission.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that a 30-year-old Nigerian lady who is known as a whizz at the national aeronautics and space administration (NASA), became the first black woman to get a doctorate degree in aerospace engineering. She was born into a family of six.

NLNG Signs Letter Of Intent On Delayed Gas Expansion Project

The Nigerian Natural Liquefied Gas LTD has signed a letter of intent for the engineering, procurement and construction of its long held up Train Seven project. In a statement released by the company on Wednesday, it said that the $10bn project will be executed by a consortium of Italian firm Saipem, Japan’s Chiyoda and South Korea’s Daewoo. The statement reads, “The project will form part of the investment of over $10bn including the upstream scope of the LNG value chain, thereby boosting the much needed Foreign Direct Investment profile of Nigeria.” Managing Director of NLNG, Tony Atta, said in 2018 that the Final Investment Decision would be made in the fourth quarter of that year. This did not however, materialize. According to the release, the project will have a four to five-year execution time after the signing of the FID. The project is expected to add an extra 8 million tons per annum of gas to the 22 mtpa currently exported by the company. Oil News AddThis :
