In a case of what could be described as ‘everyday for the thief, and one day for the owner’, a traffic thief has met his waterloo while he tried to steal from a moving car.

A social media user identified as @Esheriff237 recently took to his Twitter page with a video in which a traffic thief was spotted being dragged along with a moving vehicle.
